At Healthy Planet Products, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be returnable — we’ll note this on the product page.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
